There seems to be some sort of glitch on steam right now, making FUEL just £2.99/$4.99 on steam. It was 50% off in the steam sale, making it £14.99/$19.99, but £2.99 is just an insane price. I've heard its not the best game in the world, but it's got to be worth £2.99. 
 
It seems like it must be a mistake, so it probably won't be around for long, so hurry to it's steam store page and get it while it's cheap.
 
Edit: well, it's still there many many hours later, so maby it isn't a glitch. Maybe they just decided to reduce it even further for the last day of the sale. Weird.

It's a very good price for that game. Races where made only to glare at the weather effects, because they're tits. The rest - isn't.

It's -€2.01 for me. Pity they won't let me buy it.

It's still way too much money for this game.  It's the one game I own that was a complete waste of money.  I just logged in again the other night and it was barren online.  Just a bad bad game.

For $5, it's not to bad.
