Gameplay
Game modes
Standard - A few wolves present. Supports between 10 and 30 players.
Bounty - No wolves, just food and other chickens. A helpful way to focus on basic running and eating skills for 10 to 30 players.
Fear - Lots of wolves. High scores depend more on surviving as long as possible, and determining when best to break off from the group to get an edge in score. 10 to 30 players.
Fustercluck - The titular game mode. A variation on the standard mode designed for 50 to 100 players.
Custom - Allows a player to create their own scenario, specifying the number of wolves and food. Supports between 3 and 100 players.
Powerups
Stone Disguise - Transforms the chicken into a block of stone, making wolves ignore it. Power is consumed as long as the disguise is active.
Egg - Drops an egg on the field. When the chicken is caught by a wolf, it respawns at the egg instead of being eliminated from play.
Extra Food - Instantly fills the chicken's power bar to full.
Meat Decoy - Drops a piece of meat on the ground to distract wolves. Meat lasts for several seconds before disappearing.
Spicy Food - The chicken has unlimited use of their powerup for a period of time, after which their power bar is empty.
Sprint - The default power, sprint allows chickens to run faster for the same power consumption.
Stopwatch - Freezes all wolves within a distance from the chicken. Consumes power as long as it is active.
Teleport - Transports the chicken to a semi-random spot on the field.
