As of the week ending May 21, 2011, I noticed that Game Room no longer is listed on XBLA for download.  This might have happened earlier but I just noticed it this week and I've checked on it periodically.

What's even stranger is the fact it on the top ten played XBLA games almost every week.

Games are getting released on Windows Phone 7 under the Game Room title. Weird.

Woulda been better if my arcade games showed up there. Turtles, Contra, SF2: Hyper Fighting, etc. People would actually want to play those. Fuck Centipede or whatever other shitty old games there were.

What! No! I was totally going to maybe download that after I got a new 360! NO!!!

It's still on xbox.com, so you can still "purchase" the game and all the game packs right now if you're worried. I did that yesterday. I don't know if the actual games are still available for purchase though.

I do miss those whacky Game Room QLs...  :'(

Uh. I'm looking at it as I'm writing this, and it's available for download. Also, all the 13 game packs are marked as "Free". Are those activated in Game Room for a fee, or did they actually just make everything for it free?

Also I have no idea why some can't see it on XBLA anymore. Maybe a certain region can't get it anymore? I'm in Sweden.

EDIT: Since everything was "Free" I'm downloading it right now. I realize you need to activate the full game for a fee, but still. Really wonder why some can't see it anymore.

Sometimes crap can't be found, but can still be DLed. I can't find Double Dragon on the marketplace anywhere anymore, but if I delete it and then go to my download history I can still get it back.
