Title basically. Plus, they just added achievements recently, it's a good deal for a game where you basically have infinite number of gamemodes and such.

steam deals in general are evil, because when you want to buy a game, the next week you find it's on sale, and when you don't want to buy a game, you see this really crazy deal where it would be stupid not to buy it. "
