A mage involved with both the Hero and Lucian.

You first see Garth as you walk through the halls of Bower Castle coming from lord Lucian's study, later in the tattered sire he tells you he would have stopped you if he knew what was going to happen.
After the first meeting in the tattered spire you save Garth and escape from the tattered spire.
He helps you to overcome Lord Lucian's Power.
Ron Gllass of Firefly fame provided the voice for Garth.
