    Gary Payton is a 6'4", 180 lb. Guard from Oregon State University who played for the Seattle SuperSonics, Milwaukee Bucks, Los Angeles Lakers, Boston Celtics, and Miami Heat. Regarded as one of the best players to play in the 1990s, he ranks 3rd in all time steals with 2,445, 7th in assists at 8,966, and 21st in points with 21,813. Together with Shawn Kemp, they formed a dangerous tandem known as the "Sonic Boom" during their tenures in Seattle which capitalized on Payton's speed and accurate passing along with Kemp's raw power and ability to finish around the rim.
