Ya. Hes Bragging about a weapon that has a laser site attached to it and more or less when fully charged is a 1 hit kill. Plus when its fully charged. It fires STRAIGHT. So you bow just needs to be aimed at the person.

Stats!!! Why is it that when if it's in context of a game, people are crazy about stats, but in the context of work, people hate it? This is a good example of being proud of numbers that don't mean anything, as is people willing to watch poker on TV--it's just probability and stats calculations, and the producers even do the math for you.
If people were half as interested in stats outside of games, they'd could be earning a pretty good living, and have the chance to talk to people that genuinely care about the numbers they came up with.

@GamerForLife: 99% accuracy with an area of effect weapon isn't really that impressive. Sometimes you hit more than 1 enemy with the explosion, and perhaps it counts as >100%.
