Cliffy B. is a mastermind (we all know that) ,but do you think he is the best game designer in gaming?

Nah Peter Molyneux is better in my opinion, however i'd rate the two both in my top10 for sure!

I think he dropped the handle "Cliffy B" a little while ago because he felt it was too childish.

He's a talented guy......but i had to laugh when i read an interveiw of his,claiming he dosen't play Halo3 online because of all the abusive youngsters,he's obviously never played GOW on xboxlive.

I like Cliff, he's good at explaining things and making it sound fun, without being crazy enthusiastic or sugar coating things with bullcrap.  He's respectable.

He is really talented and smart and I think he has a bright future.

Will Wright is the best

He definately isn't the best, but he is up there.

He's good, but not nearly as great as someone like Will Wright.

Is he good? Yeah. Is he the best? Nope.

I think he is very talented but I can't say he is the best game designer, I don't know who the best game designer is.

I am not sure he is the best but definitely one of the coolest.

Decent but to say he's the best is ridiculous.

Cliffy B is the ultimate person to have work on a game, he just gets it.  He obviously is  a gamer and he knows exactly what gamers are looking for in a game.  I think he could work on any game, from FPS to puzzle game and it would turn out brilliantly.

I think it's wrong to consider one person "the best" but I would certainly consider him one of the best.

No Cliff is cool and so are his games but the best game designer is a three way tie between Shigeru Miyamoto, Hideo Kojima, and Tim Schafer.

I like him but hes not the best yet. I think its highly likely that he may be in the future.

Ahh, Yung Clifford (you catch that one Jeff?)... He's a good game director. He's more badass indeed than several other game designers.

Valve is probably the best dev in the industry but Cliffy b is a mastermind ya.
