So i love the Gears games, but when ever i see the cover of Gears of War 2 or any cut scenes from the game something always bothers me...

Does anyone else think that it looks like the COG soldiers have rock band drum pads on there chests? It even has the blue ring around it!

i always thought of it as part of the cog suit's built in sound system.

It looks fine  to me , actually those are for Ventilation .   without them the COG soldiers need to take shower twice a day which is impractical in a war torn land .

I don't really care what they are, though you knowing that they are for ventilation is quite impressive, I'm just saying they look like rock band drum pads. A LOT.
