horde mode sucks its boring as hell takes forever for the enemies to storm you especially the first 8 rounds you just walk aimlessly with not much to do.

Yep. And it is really, really fun, especially when you get a good group going.

There's this site, called Giant Bombsomething I think, it has a wiki on these things. Beast mode is fun, but sadly kinda unplayable without at least 2 players...cleared it on Hardcore last night with a friend. We had to resort to some silly tactics but we won!

Beast mode is fun, but a little too easy. By the time you get to the third Tier of guys to select from, which takes about 5 or 6 rounds, you are destroying everything in sight without trying.

Will be giving Beastmode a try tonight, only been playing TDM and Hordemode so far.

This. Once I unlock the berserker the rounds are a breeze.

Yea it's a little rough playing solo, but if you grind out a few fails you'll advance in tiers and it becomes easier and a lot funner, especially when you get the berserker. haven't played it with anyone though as no one was playing it when i tried it out.

Ive only had a a quick round of beast mode to try it. Does it save your teirs like it does in horde mode where you can start a new Beast mode game and still retain things like the boomers if you've already unlocked them For some reason im having a harder time wrapping my head round Beast mode.

Surprisingly the Wretch destroys dudes in Beast. So damn fun stunning people and then beating them to death.

It gets pretty boring the Berserker murdering everything. I roll with the Savage Boomer.@Twisted_Scot: No you unlock the Berserker tier by round 7 or 8.

i've only got 1 match of beast mode in, it was glorious... I wish matchmaking would work

I don't think it sucks, but it's definitely easier. It felt like there was 5x as many enemies in Gears 2 horde. So easy now

I personally think Beast Mode could use a few more rounds

Beast mode on insane is so hard for me :(. I can barely beat normal on my own
