    You should, since you chose release date shipping. September 20.

    Thanks, I've never "Pre-Ordered" a game from Amazon before so I wasn't sure if I'd receive the game on time.

    release date means you'll get it on the day it comes out. If you don't, you can get your money back from Amazon.

    It should be that same day. I ordered the Epic edition off of there because Shitstop wouldn't let me change my limited edition order to the Epic.

    Amazon is typically fairly good at getting it shipped to you on time even if you order it a few days within release.

    @SmasheControllers You will get it on release day, probably in the afternoon depending on where you're located. All release day shipping options are guaranteed for release day.

    @SmasheControllers: You should get it on release date. I got release date shipping for Portal 2 and it arrived around 1 PM that day.

    I got my copy yesterday. Play to act 3, and stopped for the day. Then I wanted to continue today, there's an update. I install it. Now my save game is corrupt and the 360 is spinning the disc even though the game is installed .. ;_;

    Even if you were to pre-order the game on Monday evening, you'd still receive it on Tuesday. Relax.

    Yeah, the time of day all depends on your UPS delivery times and how they prioritize their deliveries for the day.

    Afternoon on the 20th prolly. I order all my console games from Amazon, and they get almost everything to me on release day. Warhammer 40K:Space Marine was the first in a long time to be late(by a day), and they credited the $.99 day of release day shipping, lol. So much better than dealing w/the gameshops though so no problemo.
