I hope they have more types of levels other than a simple box like with Geometry Wars: Galaxies.

I'll try it out, but I'm not very good at the first so I don't think things will go over well.

Nope. I barely scrape past 10,000 whenever I play the first one. I just don't get how you can stay alive that long with all the crap going on.

ahh...with no online co-op, looking forward to this game makes me uneasy. I understand why they don't have it, but still. Geometry Wars as a franchise needs to go online to survive.

I was really addicted to the first one. Looking forward to the second. I just hope they add weapons and enemies, not levels and try to force a little story on us, I would throw up.

Apart from Uno it's been about the only Arcade game I have properly played and got enjoyment out of, so I am naturally hyped for this game.

In my opinion Retro Evolved was not only one of the best arcade releases on the 360 but also probably one of the best games for the 360.  The sequel does look like it's not going to let us down.

Agreed. I've probably spent around 100 hours playing the two of those, and loved every minute of it (still don't have the survived 1 million achievement though)

Both Uno and Geometry Wars are the most addictive XBLA game. I'm definitely looking forward to the newest installment.

PS... Who would of thought that awhile ago (Geometry Wars) would've become this big arcade hit. This game was introduce as an in-game pastime for Project Gotham Racing 2.

I played the demo about 3 times and I already couldn't go back to the original, so I just bought it and it is so awesome.  Way too addicting.  Looks like im not getting sleep tonight.
