Ghost Pilots is a vertical-scrolling shoot-'em-up developed and released by SNK for arcades (running Neo-Geo MVS hardware) on January 25, 1991. It was also released for the Neo Geo AES for all regions during their respective launch dates and ported to the Neo Geo CD on March 17, 1995.

Influenced by Capcom's 194X series, players fight the combined forces of two mysterious superpowers (known in the manual as "I" Country and "C" Country) in old-fashioned seaplanes. The home version's manual sets the game in an stylized World War II setting (with giant tanks and airships), following the exploits of two Allied pilots (Tom Phillips and Charlie Stingley) as they face impossible odds (giving them the title of "Ghost Pilots").
