Won't be until Q4 2010, but you'll have a new Ghost Recon then (whether it's GRAW or not remains to be seen)
I hope it's not a GRAW game. It's not that I don't like the ideas behind the series but I don't think they were that fun to play and felt far too loose to me. I'm looking forward to a retooling of the franchise.
