Rogue Agent on the DS really shows what this handheld is capable of doing
Review:
Even though Goldeneye Rogue Agent has been ported to many consoles everyone would have thought that the DS version would probably turn out to be a wreck and turns out it wasn't at least not for me. I have beaten the Gamecube and Xbox version more than once and I can say that the DS version really showed what the handheld is capable of doing not only in terms of its hardware but also how a first person shooter has been able to demonstrate real usefulness in a handheld console standard. Compared to the console version this game does not have the real licensed music and I find that the biggest disappointment because the music is a big part of the fun. Another thing is the controls on the DS aren't comfortable to play with because of the camera angles and trying to move around with them. The 12 missions that you play throughout the console versions aren't all included in the DS version instead of 12 its segmented into 6 missions and it fits just fine because you don't really notice how much you're missing of the game but It could've been nice to be able to play throughout all twelve. The game does not have the voice acting, it has the script written out with images which really isn't all that bad. Overall the game is a blast! Considering that its made for the Nintendo Ds and this game is hard to find in stores so I suggest for you to buy it online. This game also has multi-player with all of the maps that the console has. So playing online, alone with bots or with a friend it can be very fun to play around the modes.
