So I bought Gothic 3 off of Steam. After a few days of looking at its 63 Metacritic score, wondering if I would somehow like it, I payed my 15 bucks. I installed the Community Patch Version 1.73 that everyone was talking about, and guess what? Well, I played about 4 hours of it and it just...sucks. I don't know, it just feels so bland and unfinished. I'm usually the type of person who fits into that niche of players who like cult classics. I hope I'm completely wrong, and you guys will tell me to keep playing. But right now... I can't even bring myself to load the game back up. So please, tell me what you thought of it... and while you're at it, tell me how wrong or right you think I am.

I have to agree with you actually. It just feels horrible in almost every aspect of it. This is another reason why I don't actually buy any games made in Germany.

There's niche then there's crap no one should touch.
