    i like this game so far, but the one thing missing seems to be that you can't view friends lap times?
     
    or am i too dumb to find them?

    They didn't have enough time to add leaderboards, you'll have to wait for them to patch it in. 
     
    It's probably the reason why GT Academy has been delayed.
