    Gran Turismo 5 is the fifth edition in the long running racing game series by Polyphony Digital. The game sports over 1000 vehicles, damage modeling on race cars, a dedicated television channel, lots of races, 16 player online multiplayer, and active weather.

    Are there motorcycles in this game?  Specifically Trial bikes?  In HD?

    Bikes were going to be in Gran Turismo HD. I remember seeing vids of them way back at E3 2006 (or maybe TGS?), but that project was scrapped and they decided to start on GT5.
     
    Kaz also recently said that adding bikes to GT5 is definilty possible. A Tourist Trophy add on would be cool.

    I beg to differ, I actually really liked Tourist Trophy. I thought it was a very good game as far as moto-racing goes.

    @Devil240Z: I guess that would have taken up too much space for one game. Tourist Trophy was released two months prior to GT4 so that seems plausible.

    It might have been better, but when it only allows for four racers at one time, and not to mention how much more technical bikes are compared to cars.  Then it just isn't for me.
