I just unlocked the super races and there are these baby endurance races such as the 24 minuets of lemans. WTF is that! Endurance races have always been post game content for crazy people like me. I just cant believe they completely removed endurance races. What am I gonna do in two or three years when I'm still playing GT6 waiting for the next one to come out?

Now unless there is a hidden endurance race section that I haven't uncovered I'm gonna be annoyed about this for awhile.

I love the idea of the 24 min race with a full day night cycle but I still want to do the long ones.

Play that mode 60 times?

Perhaps they are saving the real 24 Hour as a Seasonal Event alongside the actual event.

Buy Forza 3 or 4?

can you set arcade mode or free race to like 100 laps?

Its like the word endurance alone has become a trigger word for us.

It blows my mind that people would want to play Gran Turismo 6 at all, much less for hours per race.

4 doesn't have them either. 3 was the last Forza (unless the new one has them) to have races longer than like 25 minutes.

Lol this sounds like something a non-car enthusiast would say in general.

Yeah, this seems like a really weird thing to leave out.

I feel like there is enough room in a gt game for any number of events, the more the better. I mean when they do a new one every 3-5 years they need some meat in these games.

my worry is that the removal of endurance races is part of their make GT more accessible initiative.

I have nothing to add to the talk. I havent played a GT since three, so i will stick with Forza.

The silver lining is that this reduces the grind to get the platinum trophy by several dozen hours. But aside from that, it's always a shame to see content that people enjoyed removed. Maybe they might patch some in later?

The game isn't done yet so you might have to wait a bit. (That felt really shitty saying the game isn't done.)

In GT3, me and my buddies got to lap 198 of 200. I paused it to hand off. The next guy accidentally quit the race.
