My first run through it took me a good half hour of running over pedestrians to figure the same as you.  Turns out after finishing twice both endings niko gets screwed over.

it was pretty quick for me, Dimitri was a snake and deserved to die.

I took the money first because I knew I wanted to play the story again then I killed Dimitri and that was really fun

Took me a few minutes because I knew I would go back to the save point and complete the other one too.

Anyway, Dimitri got it first because the fella is a friggin' scumbag. I was absolutely amazed that I could dislike a fictional character so much!

Why wouldn't you kill dimitri? The man is pure evil

yeah I thought about it for about mmmmm10 minutes and said "this guy tried to kill me and my cousin" so i decided no amount of money is worth our lives! and killed him....I actually had to do that mission twice and loved it that much more :) haha

The first time, I thought about it for 5 minutes. Chose Deal. Regretted everyday afterwords.

Went through the game again just so I can see Roman live :,)

About 30 seconds, I hated Dimitri so Revenge it was!

I chose revenge in a heartbeat. I had enough money and really wanted to kill Dimitri. I played both endings and found the revenge one the most fun.

i chose deal the first time, wasnt happy roman died but it was a better ending had some more feeling to it.

I chose money but regretted it when roman died.

I chose deal thinking that it would lead to the good ending, I was clearly mistaken.

I chose Dimitri because I thought he was a scumbag and even though Kate died, I got the better ending at the end

I've watched both endings now and the Deal ending seems to mean more, the epic end battle with Dimitri means more than a battle with some gangster dude who killed this girl who I never really spoke to in the game.
