Well if it wants to look at another extreme of culture, why not the Yakuza?

They were in GTA3, so there is a Yakuza element in Liberty City. There could be drift races, tattoos, tuner cars and other sterotypical asian stuff =p

I'd like to see an UC cop element. I know it'd be really difficult to make it feel real but I reckon R* could do it - even if it is really unlikely that they would.
