Might want to turn down your volume

It seems to kick in right when the radio would normally play. All other sounds are normal, including the car radio while standing outside the car. I have no custom music or anything.

Setting the sample rate to 24 bit, 44100 Hz seems to have fixed a similar issue for other people, but it didn't change anything here.

I haven't had this problem in any other game. Anyone know what could be causing it?

And I just reinstalled the damn game and it did nothing.

Has this always happened, or did it just all of a sudden start happening?

Have you tried completely restarting your computer, making sure your drivers are up to date, all that boring stuff? Do you happen to have any mods installed that might be messing with the sound for some odd reason?
