That would be awesome. Just slap a penis on the face and then assign stat points to it for...length. I can't imagine the outcry that would result, but it would be hilarious."

This is actually an awesome idea for a sequel to something.

Make the first one ultra-serious, and for the second one, change all the character models a little, different voice actors, and a worse story, with campy dialogue.

Indeed ,you are right about hypocritical attitude of  some of the people in power but I should mention that Rockstar has always been known for appearing in court frequently for one reason or another so I guess if Rockstar wants to put nudity in its game nothing can stop it .
