How do you end "man-dates" in GTA IV?

I know I'm sounding like a noob, and I probably can figure it out eventually but I would appreciate it if you helped me. So I accepted a man-date with Little Jacob and took him to a bar, but it didn't say say "Take LJ home" at the end like it did with Michelle. Then I took him to a restaurant, then the cabaret club, then to play 8ball, but still no message apeared. And there is no place on map that I can take him. I ended up quitting the game. Next time, I refused a man-date with LJ, and accepeted Roman's man-date. The exact same thing happened. What am I supposed to do?

Tried that on Roman, but it said "You Injured Your Friend" and then Roman gave a thumbs-down.

Yeah that's the detriment, but if you don't care what they think of you and got the achievement already or whatever then that's the way to go. Otherwise, I think you have to see it though till the end.

Well, in the case of your male social links, you can take them to multiple places. And if you drive or take a Taxi to their place of residence (in Little Jacob's case, the Homebrew Cafe), the outing will end, whether or not they say "Take me home me bred-dren".

If you want to knock them out, but not lose any respect from somebody, go down to Times Square and just run around, or go off a jump on a motorbike. . Hopefully, they'll get hit by a car and it'll say "Your Friend is Unconcious" The only thing is that you'll have to pick them up from the hospital afterwards to drive them home. Ah, fun times with Brucie...

The best part is how pumped he sounds when he calls you and tells you he's out of the hospital.
