GTA: Melbourne would be glorious.

I didn't personally enjoy GTA4, so I don't really care about 5. With that said, my guess is San Andreas.

Also, maybe Team Bondi can help make it truly Aussie... and push development out for another 5 years?

Without knowing any better, I would say Liberty City or San Andreas. Going back to Vice City would be cool (like Vice City: 25 years later) would be awesome.

Or all 3.

And bring back all the main characters too.

Maybe this GTA is a prequel that takes place during American Australian War they always talk about.  I would be down with that.
