Please help med out. I want to do the Abigail missions. I have done the Blitz Play mission and bought the Sonar collection docks, but still the strangers and freaks mission won't show on the map. I''ve seen videos online so I know where Abigail should show up.

Anyone had this problem? Is there anything else I need to do?

I remember it showing up after I took the sub for a spin and picked up some of the "waste" stuff in the sea.
No idea if that is what triggered it though but that's when it showed up for me

The mission does not become available at the same time as the docks become available. I bought it, got all the waste and didn't have it appear until I had done a few more story missions.
