I have no street races on my map how do I find them can someone help me please

Only Franklin can do street races, they won't show up as anyone else. After each win, you get an email from Hao and he gives the next location, which will then pop the race onto your map.

It also must between 20:00 and 05:00 (night time) for the races to show up on the map.

@ll_exile_ll: its 22 and I only see sea, off road atv races.

Have you even done the first one? Before any street races become available, you have to do a certain Franklin strangers and freaks mission. It becomes available very early in the game.
