Rockstar returns to the fictional state of San Andreas with a crew of three criminal protagonists who work together to pull off a series of high-profile heists.
Gang hideouts are a great idea, i'd love how GTA V adds gangs exactly like in RDR, and how the story connects to them. I don't see how bounties would work in GTA though. I'd like the combat to be improved, the auto-aim in GTA IV and RDR made missions way too easy sometimes.
I would like varity to carry over but that's it cause the story was not that strong to me especially the ending(last 10min) was crap. I expected Marston to go out with a bang but no he fell flat. Also the main plot during Mexico was really boring n I couldn't believe the first half of the game it's villain was fucking weak. The second half tho the old dude who use to run Marstons crew was badass. So yeah I really disliked the story or the progression of it Still it's R* so the game is bound to have great moments but to tell u the truth I really loved GTA4 more.
Costumes would be cool. They'd give you different abilities and just generally be cool and useful. For example the cop suit could let you jack cop cars without gaining a star, and the old time duster would give you a revolver with unlimited ammo. Astronaut suit would let you skydive from space.

I'd rather let you pick out what you want to wear piece by piece instead of whole outfits though. I guess if they go back to RPG-ish values they could give you buffs per item of clothing, but really I just wanna be able to make my dude look cool.
People actually want to get rid of the radio stations and/or the satire? Damn, what a terrible idea.
Anyways, I'd like to see lots and lots of random occurrences happening in the world. Stuff that is interactive like the ones in Red Dead.
I'd also like to see Red Dead's weapon wheel, or something similar. Made switching weapons a total breeze and I liked that more than having to scroll through everything across the top of the screen like in past GTA's.
