    Gray Matter is company founded by Chris Gray (co-author of the original Boulderdash video game) after the success of the Infiltrator game. The company was first located in Oakville, Ontario but relocated to downtown Toronto shortly before it's demise.

    The company was responsible for several title including B.O.B. (Genesis), Perfect Weapon (PS1), Road Raider (various) , Fiendish Freddy's Big Top O' Fun (various), Phoenix 3 (3DO), Foes Of Ali (3DO), and The Crow: City Of Angels (PS1, Saturn).
