Does anyone know if the game GRID is any good for the pc? Because when looking to order my new ATI HD4870 it's either one that comes with GRID for free or Alone in the Dark. Which one should i get?

If you like racing games in any way, then get GRID. It's an enjoyable game. Nothing groundbreaking or that spectacular, but it's very fun game that is certainly worthy of your attention. Alone in the Dark, on the other hand, it's a broken mess of a good idea.

I dont have it, but its supposed to be absolutely stunning! the graphics are WELL impressive from what i've seen, i just dont have a particularly good PC lol... but if you can get it, my guess is you probably wont be disapointed with it...

It's a great racing game for PC, only probl I had with it were the controller in menus and setting it up. If you have a 360 controller then you are not going to have this prob.

It a decent racer but it plays much better with a controller.

Its not bad, if your into arcade racers like burnout you will enjoy it. The game looks great and runs incredibly well. I run it maxed out with 16X AA and it never drops below 45fps.

Ine Mine Mini mo on it. Grids a great racer and AitD is an awsome action adventure.

If you are into Racing games than yes. The game has stunning visuals and a unique gameplay for the racing genre (you can reverse time)

It's awesome on the PC.

if you like racing game then get it, on the plus side if you has a big rig then you can play it at 60 fps, the console are 30 fps

Get Grid hands down, only complaint is the lack of cars, but it is an amazing racing game, this is coming from a guy who isn't really into racing games. Alone in the Dark sucks anyway.

Grid is an amazing game, it's innovative in my opinion, and different from others. Many gameplay elements stand out from the others like Gran Turismo. Damage, reputation, flashbacks, all play a big role in the game, which is nice. Only thing is, you're probably going to need a steering wheel and a decent computer to play it on the PC. Also, I hear online play is full of rubbing assholes.
