Animal Crossing: City Folk cheats v2

Every day in town, one rock will have "money" in it. You can get this money by taking a shovel and hitting the rock. Keep hitting it before it runs dry to get more money. Every day, the rock that does this changes.

Talk to Tortimer (the mayor) during the fishing tourney and he'll give you a free fishing rod to use.

This works the same as with the free fishing rod, except it's during the bug catching contest. Talk to Tortimer and he'll give you a free net to use.

I am still testing this out, but it should work as it did in the other games. Just take a turnip and place it on a table. When it is on a table, it won't rot. This can be useful when you are trying to sell turnips for a profit.

With this secret, you have to get real lucky. After 8pm, go to the eastern side of the city where the traffic cones are. If by chance one of them isn't there or has been knocked out, you can go to the Resetti Surveillance Center. There, talk to Resetti, and have him give you a silver shovel. This isn't like a normal shovel, and as Resetti says, regretting his gift to you, it is rare. Remember, a cone being knocked out only happens by chance and you have to do this after 8pm. If they (both cones) are both there, you cannot access the surveillance center.
