The story progression achievements are all ones you will get as part of required events like asassinations, as such theres no real point in explaning them, they are all really straight forward.

Enemy of the Poor--5G

Grab and Throw 25 trouble makers

This is pretty easy, the trouble makers can be found all over town, they will try and shove you or beg you for money, just use the grab icon to throw them away from you, after you throw them they wil run so you will have to find 25 different trouble makers.

Fearless--25G

Scale all view points

Most of this should come pretty easily as you will be scaling viewpoints during the missions, the hardest ones are the ones that are in the kingdom. I would try to set up a path where you can ride in a circle getting all the viewpoints in one go.

Defender of the People: Acre--20G

Complete every Save Citizen Investigation in Acre

This applies to all the save citizens, after you have scaled all of the viewpoints you should be able to see the save citizens, find the citizen and sneak up to the guards, use the hidden lade to kill one and then whp out your sword to deal with the reast and any more guards that may show up, after all the guards are dead talk to the person you saved.

Defender of the People: Damascus--20G

Complete every Save Citizen Investigation in Damascus

Defender of the People: Jerusalem--20G

Complete every Save Citizen Investigation in Jerusalem

Absolute Symbiosis--45G

Have a complete DNA synchronization bar

This is talking about how many sync bars you have, you need 20 blocks, to get the extra blocks complete things like Save Citizen Investigatons and finding high points.

Hungerer of Knowledge--20G

See 85% of all memory glitches

More easy Gamerscore here, during the cut scene DNA like bars will flash across the screen, when this happens you click any button to activate the glitch and watch the scene from another angle. just do this every time you can and before you have beaten the game you should unlock the achievement.

Conversationalist--20G

Go through every dialogue with Lucy

After every session in the Animus go and talk to Lucy, she almost always has more then one dialogue so talk to her until she asks you if you are tired and won't say anything else.

Disciple of the Creed--30G

Assassinate all your targets with full DNA synchronization

This means that you have to go and complete all of the objectives before you go and do the assassination. This means finding all the high points, saving all citizens, and all the assassination research. After that go and kill the target to collect your 30G.

The Hands of a Thief--15G

Pickpocket 200 Throwing Knives

This means you have to pickpocket at least 40 courages citizens since they each give 5 knives, now you cold just use the knives during the game and refill when you need them, you'll probably hit 200 or you can find a good path and pickpocket all the courages citizens that come down it, when you fill up on knives just throw them into a building so you dont kil anyone and start pickpockiting again.

March of the Pious--5G

Use Scholar Blending 20 Times

Same as the knives you can play thrugh the game using the scholars to enter and exit all the places and ocaasionally to blend or you can find one group of scholars blend with them, leave the blend and imediatly blend again, just do this 20 times and the achivements yours.

Gifted Escapist--5G

Jump through 20 Merchant Stalls

This can also jump through the same stall here over and over but it may atract to much attention, you may find it better to simply jump through any stall that you see on the street, either way it shouldn't take to long.

Combat

Eagle's Will--20G

Defeat 100 opponents without dying

This is really all about your combat ability, I would suggest a later memory block so you have time to build up your DNA sync bar. If you wanted to try the slow and quiet route there is nothing preventing you from assassinating 100 guards but if you do engage in a gant battle it;s more fun and allows you to get the Eagle's Challenge and possibly Eagle's Flight too. If you plan on that I would suggest you only kill using the counter to keep yourself less open. Also the tally runs for a full life so you can get this in several smaller battles that ad up to 100.

Eagle's Flight--20G

Last 10 minutes in open conflict

This just means that you don't go anonymous, engage several guards and then run away, run all across the city and don't hide or go anonymous, you can break sight though. Another alternative is to engage a medium group of enemies and then parry there strikes but never attack or counter and just hold there for 10 minutes, either way its esier then it sounds.

Eagle's Prey--20G

Assassinate 100 Guards

This means any kind of assassination, doesn't matter if you jump on them, sneak up on them or finish them off while there on the ground. This should come from just playing through the game but if it doesn't grab your hidden blade and hit the town for the assassinations you can get.

Eagle's Challenge--20G

Defeat 25 Guards in a single fight

This couples well with the Eagle's Will, just get into a big fight in one of the later memory blocks when all the Guards are looking for you, use the counter kills to keep your health safe and if it doesn't look like there enough guys run around the city a little to pick up some more.

Eagle's Swiftness--20G

Perform 100 Counter-Attacks in fights

Just use the counter kill ability whenever you can, I thought this was extremely easy since most of my kills were counter kills since there easier and look way cooler.

Eagle's Dive--20G

Perform 50 Combo Kills in fights

This achievement is harder, the Combo Kills take better timing and were harder for me at least. It all comes down to trying as many times as you can, just try and combo kill at every possibly opportunity.

Eagle's Talon--15

Perform 50 Stealth Assassinations

This goes well with the Eagle's Prey since you can get the assassinations for Eagle's Prey by stealth Assassinating Guards.

Eagles's Dance--10

Perform 50 Leaps of Faith

There are 87 High points so if you just Leap off of every high point you should get the achievement.

Eagle's Eye--15G

Kill 75 Guards with Throwing Knives

This also feeds into the Eagle's Prey, if you kill the guards with throwing knives they don't have a chance to alert other guards but be careful since there bodies can alert them. I would suggest you simply run around town killing guards and picking pockets for more knives when you need them, it's also best if you wait till later so you can hold more knives

Personal Vendetta--40G

Kill every Templar

Use the same maps as you did for the flags, the also contain all the Templar locations.

Blade in the Crowd--30G

Kill one of your main targets like a true Assassin

The easiest kill for the is Tamir, after he finishes stabbing the guy in the pool, equip the hidden blade the blend as you walk up behind him then strike and get your achivement.
