Missing Last Armor or Missile Pack

Ok, so as of this writing I'm on my fourth journey through Shadow Complex. The trickiest bit I've found is that even when you have the full map revealed to you, some items can still be tough to find. 
 
The problem I ran into is that there are items in some of the save rooms, so the question marks won't show up as there's already a star on the map for that room. This seemed to happen to me for both a missile pack and an armor pack. Seeing as other folks would probably be going nuts trying to find these as well, I snapped some photos with my iPhone as I came across these two items.

Also, I've left this guide open if anybody wants to edit something or add any other hard to find items.

So this is in the lower right of the map. The hidden item question mark is basically occupying the same area as the save room's star, so it won't show up on your map. Here's where you can find it:
 

This one is a little easier to find, though the question mark still won't appear on your map. It's also in the lower right of the main map.
 

Here's a little bonus in case you're missing one more Pass Key. There's one in the room where you get the Scuba Mask, it's under the platform in the water. You won't see the question mark because it occupies the same space as another item...tricky.
The key is underwater, to the the right of the rack where the Scuba mask was.
