Background

Banjo-Kazooie for the Nintendo 64 had some unreachable areas and hidden in-game objects, or "Stop 'N' Swop", as they are officially called (1 ice key and 6 coloured eggs). The original idea was that by completing certain tasks in Banjo-Tooie, the unreachable areas would be unlocked in Banjo-Kazooie. This feature was never implemented due to technical reasons. The items could only be collected by using cheats, but even then players failed to find a use for the Stop 'N' Swop items.
Now, with the release of Banjo-Kazooie for XBLA and Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, it is finally possible to collect all the Stop 'N' Swop items and be rewarded with parts crates in Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts.
