Inactive Players
The Guild is planning to clear up space for giantbomb members who are still in the overflow guild and want to join the core guild.
29/9/12 - At the officers meeting, it was decided this would be achieved through the use of the ingame rank-system, and guild members will need to add themselves to a google-doc listing their in game name and their steam account details (and join our steam group). The start date for transfer to our sub-guild is the 13th of October - at this time all members still in the "cool baby/move to mesmer" rank will be moved to an overflow guild.
Guild Upgrades Schedule

The Guild Upgrades Schedule will be focused on providing all guild members with as many buffs as possible during the weekend period. Previously, the ad-hoc use of the system had been inefficient and wasteful of our generated influence, resulting in sporadic and unpredictable deployment of guild-wide buffs. Additionally, the guild will maintain the +10% Magic Find bonus throughout the week (excepting Monday which is a buffer day for the schedule, and coincides with the period of lowest member activity).
26/09/12 - The Guild Officers will now adhere to the upgrade schedule as attached, responsibility for maintaining the upgrade schedule will be delegated at the next officers meeting (00:00GMT 29th September). Until that time, Captain Communism will maintain this system.
29/09/12 - The system has now been accepted, and the officers responsible for the maintenance of the upgrades program will be Thurbleton, Revann, Captain Communism, Shinboy and Tarkin. Though other officers are welcome to help out as long as they consult the upgrade procedures beforehand.
Guild Social Activities
The guild will start rolling out massive guild activities which will happen on a weekly basis
29/09/12 - The first WvW session will take place on at 00:00GMT 30th of September, and this time slot will likely become the permanent slot.
