Well, suffice to say that never happened, but what we DID end up doing was chat about movies, our games of 2012 and the top 5 videos we'd recommend to introduce people to a little website called Giant Bomb dot com.

I listened through that entire thing and suddenly felt a loneliness overwhelm me. I just spent 3 hours listening to people talk about very little that would ever come to use for me. I broke down crying, I went to the local bar. I drunk bottle after bottle until I couldn't see straight. I lost consciousness. I woke up in bed with a stranger. I escaped.

-2 months later-

I just got a phone call. She's pregnant. Oh my god, I'm gonna have a kid with this stranger! I don't know how i'll financially support the child, since I got kicked from my job when I started showing signs of deep depression.

My life is over.
