    Researching Guild Wars today and there's like four different games Factions, something of the North and few others. Or do I just download the original Guild Wars, the one with chick on the cover. Thanks for your help, PMs please!

    One client for everything, the client downloads content for any zones you're going into. The first time you go into the game, it may take 5-20 minutes depending on your connection to get the initial content:

    If you don't want to wait between areas to download, you can add a command line argument, -image, to download the entire content using the updater (it will then exit without launching the game).

    You can download the client; the client will then download whatever files you need to play.

    If you have ample hard drive space and want to avoid waiting for downloads in new areas, you can use the -image command to get things to download before you need them.
