Guilty Gear Isuka is the first installment in the series that lets up to four players fight each other simultaneously.
The first in the series to feature new character A.B.A. This game was distributed in North America by SEGA and by ZOO Digital Publishing in Europe. This game featured two new modes. One was Guilty Gear (GG) Boost Mode, a side scrolling adventure much like Tekken 3's Tekken Force mode. The other was Robo-Ky II Factory where the player can customize their Robo-Ky II and even earn points in boost mode with him to unlock more tecniques, some of which were removed for tournament rules.
