So the official release date for North America has been announced and both the PS3 and PS4 versions of the game will be released on December 16th, only 12 days after the Japanese console release.

Also a reminder: The PS3 and PS4 versions of GG Xrd will have cross-play, so the communities won't be split by being released on both consoles.

Hopefully the Xrd stick from Madcatz ships a little earlier. Can't wait for this game, been playing the demo. Game is gorgeous on my tv.

Cool, will be looking forward to picking this up on the PS4. Never spent much time playing the GG series before but the graphics and gameplay look too enticing to pass up.

Not sure if I'll pull the trigger on getting a new stick now. I want to wait it out until someone releases one that works for both Xbox One and PS4.

So many games coming out, thank god I play GG on pad. Don't think I could afford a stick for my PS4.

I was actually kinda hoping for January or something, but my game to-buy list for this year is already too packed. Oh well, I probably won't be spending much time online with this game, so I guess it doesn't matter when I get it.

Are there any fight sticks for the PS4?

Yeah, the Real Arcade Pro V4 Hayabusa which I just bought today off of Amazon, actually. There's also the Mad Catz USFIV TE2 that one can pre-order. The Persona 4 Arena Ultimax version of that stick is slated to come out this year as well.

Hmm, I may be able to swing that then and have it for when GG comes out.
