foofighters1998's Guitar Hero: Aerosmith (Wii) review

Too Much Money, And Not Enough Content

Guitar Hero Aerosmith is the latest entry in the popular Guitar Hero series. Though, this isn't the greatest one...

The worst thing about this game isn't it's gameplay or controls, it's just that there is not enough songs in this game. Even if you are a big Aerosmith fan, someone who owns all or some of the albums (like me), it still is not worth sixty dollars. There is only 40 to 45 songs in the game, which may seem like a lot to some people, but that includes the bonus songs. That seems especially small, since Guitar Hero 3 had 71 songs intotal.

While many great  Aerosmith songs (like Dream On, Sweet Emotion, Walk This Way and Rag Doll) are in the game, some of their most recognizable songs (like Janie's Got A Gun and Cryin') aren't included.

If you like Guitar Hero, but don't like Aerosmith much there are songs by other artists - there just aren't that many. There are 12 songs by other artisits (not counting the Joe Perry solo songs).

Until this game gets a price drop, unless you really, really want it, you should probably wait until then.
