My Half Life/Garrys Mod keeps Crashing!! Help please...

This error keeps coming up every day pretty much. It crashes my garrys mod and just screws everything up... anyone know what the hell this means? It would be great if I knew what this was.. Thanks

are you using skype?


for me, whenever skype is running, i get a similar error. After exiting skype, it works perfectly.
