    A thought occurred to me as I was playing the Multiplayer disc of ODST tonight. Since the disc is just the Halo 3 multiplayer can you achieve Halo 3 multiplayer achievements while using it?

    Yep, the second disc essentially counts as Halo 3, so you can go for the Halo 3 multiplayer achievements.
