Supposedly only for the UK, but I was able to choose UK even tho I'm in Colorado and it worked fine. Also, they randomly give our male/female versions of the armor, so you may get a code for armor that isn't gender compatible. I was able to clear out my cache and try it again, got the right type on my 2nd try. I guess if you have spares as a result of not getting a gender appropriate one, you can always post them here for others.

Cool little deal, nice looking avatar outfit, especially for free.

When you try to enter it into XBL, it says: "This code cannot be redeemed because the item will not fit your avatar's gender. You may want to share this code with a friend who can wear it."

@murisan: I went to redeem it on xbox.com and it told me that I can't because it's for the opposite gender.

Awesome. I recently switched back to my ODST armour in all my Halo 4 excitement, but this is much cooler.

If you get the wrong gender just try another browser or clear your cache and try again.

I think it's kinda weird that they say it's for UK only, then have a drop down box with all these other countries in it.

I was wondering the same thing, since they make a point of calling it "Warrior Armor - Red" when you input the code on Xbox.com. Have always been more of a Blue Team man, myself. If I had to guess, perhaps the red color is just exclusive to this offer, and a blue version will be available for sale on the Marketplace.
