Giant Bomb on Halo Waypoint
So for the past few weeks we've been in contact with the folks behind Halo Waypoint, Microsoft's hub for all things Halo on the Xbox 360. As of this weekend, the fruits of those labors have started to ripen, and you can now savor the sweet nectar of select Halo-focused Giant Bomb videos on your Xbox 360! Like it was fruit! Metaphors!
We've currently got two videos up on Waypoint: there's "You Say Goodbye, I Say Halo" a featurette that does such a perfect job of compressing the punch-drunk insanity of our attempted six-and-a-half hour live stream of the end of original Xbox Live that it gives me combat flashbacks. If you're looking for more reasons to get pumped up about the pending Halo: Reach Multiplayer Beta, we've also got "Ask Me Anything: Halo: Reach Beta" where Vinny grills Drew and Brad about their recent hands-on time with the next addition to the Halo family.
If you haven't already, you can grab Halo Waypoint through the Games section on your 360, or you can queue it up through Xbox.com. Once you load it up, just hit the Intel button, and you'll (as of this writing) see both videos in the What's New section. You will need an Xbox Live Gold account to use Halo Waypoint, but this is by far the easiest way (at the moment) to get some Giant Bomb video action on your big-ass TV. Also, I personally get really jazzed when I get to see Giant Bomb content up on the Xbox like that, and the more people that watch these videos, the better the chances are we'll get to do more stuff like this in the future!

I watched the videos on Waypoint. I think my gamertag popped up on the end of Xbox live video for just a half a second. Awesome.
Man, can things get any better than combining Giant Bomb and Halo Waypoint? I submit to you that they cannot.
I dont have Gold (dont play online enough) or a good enough connection to just watch both videos without reason but I might if they are good enough but I have to ask if the video's are unuiqe. Is it the same stuff you can get here or is it only on Waypoint? If its only on Waypoint I might put in a 48 hour card I have lying around to watch it.
This is great! GiantBomb will see so much success that Microsoft does a deal with them, and we will be seeing complete Giant Bomb integration, including an app on your 360 that lets you access all the features of GiantBomb. Then... world domination.
Sigh, sad to see giant bomb content being locked behind pay gates. I hope it's going to be up on the site eventually. I suppose grats for getting on something like that, I'm sure it will boost site views, but boo on you for locking away content behind the god dam gold account scam that is x-box live.
@crusader8463:
Dude, you know these videos are both on the site already and have been for days... right?
