Finally made the trip to try it out at lunch on Wednesday, it's been around for a few months now but I never felt like actually making the trip.  Didn't know what to expect, the place was not impressing anyone when it first opened but I have been hearing more people say they have come around and have gotten into a groove.

I had the bison burger.

 21. Chipotle Bison Burger Fossil Farms Natural Raised Buffalo Meat Marinated in Chipotle Seasonings, Crispy Onion Straws, Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, and Mayo on a Fresh Baked Bun

$8.00
Pretty decent, I was impressed with the moistness of the patty and was not too overwhelmed by the toppings, I knew I was getting one with a bunch of stuff on it and it did not disappoint at all.   The fries were a tad generic, nothing special about them.  I'll be going back to try more.  Much more satisfying than that place I went to in VA that Obama made famous.

Wow, Bison burger. We can only dream of such things here in England.

I'm pretty certain there is quite a large Bison farm in Wales somewhere.

There's a buffalo farm right here in New Jersey, if I wanted I could go get some locally grown grass feed bison meat with only a short drive down the hghway

It's more exotic than just plain beef, but not really all that unusual.
