    I think he means lettuce, tomato, et al, technically a salad contained within the burger.

    @ZmillA: Not me, sometimes I even replace hotdog buns with a tomato slice. I don't really like ketchup, not even on fries because it overwhelms the tater's flavor. (Except for fast food fries because they're just basically a brick of salt)
