Seeds but not too many. I've had burgers with way too many sesame seeds on them and the seeds themselves don't taste that great if they overpower the taste of the bun.

I give a slight edge to seedless, but I'm a supporter of any kind of bun, bap, or bread based product, seeded or no. Poppy seeds are pretty swish too.

I agree, for it to be a true Hamburger, it needs them seeds.

Lightly seeded, otherwise the texture starts to bother your teeth.
