Mine has to be Hamburger Hole from the classic WIll Harvey's Zany Golf. It's the one course that always sticks out in my mind, in fact i've just submitted it to the database.

Five Guys makes my favorite burger, but the kicker is I have to get someone to go into the store and buy it for me because I'm allergic to all the peanuts littered about the floor. It's like being an underage kid waiting outside a Q-Mart for an adult to buy beer at $40 a case for them.
