The Angus is currently my favourite burger, I don't think it can be beaten in the taste - cost ratio right now. This taste however comes at a price. It's a pretty expensive burger, one that uses some of the finest Scotch beef from the Angus breed.

So, is it worth it?, I hear you ask, well this burger is all about the quality of it's texture and distinct taste - Angus meat is wonderfully tender and has a natural sweet taste and aroma to it. The natural sweetness comes to the fore when chewing on the edges of this burger in particular I have found, It may well be the reason why they've increased the edge line with the way the burger has been cut - like a flower.

This burger tastes awesome, I cannot stress that enough, I just wish there was more of it for the price, It's pretty thin : /

If you are to ever get one, you should ask those slaving away on it to go easy on the sauce, salad and mayo, because some fools ruin the fine taste of the meat totally, by drowning it.

The Angus certainly gets my recommendation, it's delicious, a burger of fine distinction. It is expensive but it's gourmet all the way, and it costs far far less than the good stuff from Kobe.

Angus 9/10

Personally I think that putting Angus meat in a burger is a waste of good meat. Give me an angus steak any day, but to put it in a burger is a waste.

Yeah I have to agree with that. A steak is the only way to really appreciate a cut of Angus meat. If your going to churn it all up your losing the best qualities, like the marbling of fat, which is great for flavour.  Still, as far as burgers go, this does taste pretty fucking good.

Aberdeen Steak House?, a lot of them seem to be closing,.. the main store in London Leicester Square has been closed down for a month or so, but maybe just for renovation.

I feel the same way about kobe beef in burgers. You're not going to have enough meat in it for you to get the kobe benefit, and when ground up, kobe is basically any other beef.

Heh, funny. I think your picture of the burger looks way more delicious than the promotional picture. Maybe I'll have to try it...

The only problem is that "Angus" is a little close to "Anus."

the angus is amazing, its weird how it seems to have fresher veggies then all of mcd's other burgers lol, the pickles and lettuce are actually crunchy. and the burger is actually a burger, not just a dumb sausage patty. I gotta say the angus is amazing :P

LOL  Burger King!!!  HAHAHAHAHA!  FLAME-BROILED, YEAH RIGHT!!!  Ohhh....man, good laugh.

You want a good burger?  Get the Chop House Cheddar Burger from Whataburger.  Now THAT is a fucking burger!  SOOOOOO delicious.  Moreover, they will look just like that when you open your wrapper.  I shit you not.  That thing is pretty beefy in terms of size also.  Whatasize it and it's $7.99 after tax here in Texas.  Worth every penny plus another couple bucks!!!

The Burger King Angus has been here in the UK for ages but I've never tried one. To be honest I'm not sure I will actually get the time to sit down and eat one of these things, as good as they sound.

Thanks, I didn't even know what they were calling it at Mc Donald's.  I will most probably try it as soon as it's available here. I would much prefer to go to Mc D's than Burger King to get an Angus burger. Everything at BK apart from the Angus is weak. I hate their fries in particular, they taste almost artificial.

That burger looks awesome, I like the look of that bun. I prefer thicker buns as any salad you have inside is less likely to make the bun feel damp. As long as it's moist and has a slight sweetness the more bun the better. it's a good counter balance to any flavour.

Mmm, Not bad, I prefer a relatively mild Lager to go with food, Maybe a Pure Blonde,

Beer drinking on the other hand, Have you tried Erdinger?
Also, down at my local, the Cock and Bull. they Brew their own, Blue goose lager aint bad but I prefer the ale,     Monk's Habit   Abbey ale.

If I were to just have a night on the town, Gentlman Jack, or Johnny Walker black,

Yeah I have, it's nice. I went to Stuttgart some years back and had it there, along with many other famous German and Belgian beers.
