Only Norman died in mine. He was killed by Mad Jack in the car grinder thing. I was unable to get out in time, and instead of reloading my game, I left it at that. I never reloaded!

Norman (DEAD): Killed by Shelby, thrown in some grinder while Ethan was saving Shaun. 
Shelby (DEAD): Killed by Lauren. 
Ethan and Madison got an apartment together.

Everybody lived except Shelby, who Jayden pushed into the meat grinder.
 
Ethan and Madison got married (I assume), Jayden kicked the drug habit...but started seeing little tanks...
 
Lauren totally hates Shelby.

In my play through Ethan and Madison are married. Jayden decides to leave the FBI to lead a normal life. Shelby was shot by Ethan in the final scene. Almost everyone survived! I must have made some mistakes with Jayden, he wasn't in the final scene at all.

Wow, I haven't even played the game yet and just seeing the different assortments in this thread of who died/live and the outcomes is pretty intriguing.

I haven't played the game, but man...this sounds fucking great!

I tried going back to see new outcomes and found out that it is pretty difficult or maybe impossible to get Shelby killed before his true identity is revealed. Also, in one outcome I saw, Ethan hangs himself in jail. This only happened when both Jayden and Madison were dead, and Ethan couldn't outrun the cops in the motel.

Norman Jayden: Dead. My controller turned off which led to his demise. Fucking worthless battery.
Ethan Mars: Dead. He was shot by the police in front of his son.
Madison Paige: Dead. I made her jump out of window. I had a moment of weakness and wanted Shelby to get away.
Scott Shelby: Dead. Shot by Lauren.

Lauren-Dead, i kicked out the window didn't realize that would end the sequence. But i didn't reload, that felt too much like cheating 
Religious Guy- alive, managed to keep my cool and not shoot him 
Drug Dealer- Alive, i couldn't do it. For me Ethan wasn't a killer like that even if the drug dealer was scum. 
 
sex scene- witnessed and creepily interacted with.  Not gonna lie, that was a little weird.

Ethan - Alive  (was really worried he was gonna die, I took the poison because I failed the stupid power plant trial and didn't kill the drug dealer and wanted more letters to save Shaun)

Madison - Alive 
Jayden - Took a sledgehammer to the face because the piece of shit Sixaxis failed to register my upward motion and he fell into a grinder
Shelby - Shot by Lauren

Ethan  - (Lived) Was saved from getting shot at the last second by Jayden.  Got an apartment with Madison. 
Madison - (Lived) - Got by the cops at the warehouse and walked out with Ethan so that he didn't get shot.  Got an apartment with Ethan. 
Shaun - (Lived) - Saved at the last second by Ethan. 
Shelby - (Died) - Fell into the grinder after being helped up by Jayden. 
Jayden - (Lived) - Kicked his habit but started to see little tanks from using the ARI too much. 
Lauren - (Lived) - Went to Shelby's grave and spit on it in hate while standing in the rain. 
Religious Guy - (Died) - Shot him in the goddamn face; although this was before I knew that Blake was a complete asshole not worth saving. 
Drug Dealer - (Dead) - Shot him in the head as well.  Scumbag. 
Finger - (Dead) - Cut it off with the wire cutters and then poured the disinfectant all over it before escaping with Madison.  This was definitely my favorite part of the game especially when I got to hold L1 and R1 and then lift the controller over my head and slam it down in satisfaction as Ethan cut off his finger. 
 
Did anyone get a scene with Ethan's wife?  She just disappeared out of the plot for me after they reported Shaun missing at the police station.

Ethan - (DEAD) - Hung himself in his prison cell.
Madison - (DEAD) - Died in the final battle against Shelby, pushed from the top of a structure.
Jayden - (DEAD) - killed by Mad dog Jackson after he tried to escape from the car.
Lauren - (DEAD) - Drowed in a car, Shelby left her there when he escaped.
Shelby - (ALIVE) - Still going in the streets, getting away with murders.
 
So yeah, i got the worse fucking ending ever, I suck with QTEs :(

Ethan - Lived - Spent the last part of the game back in interrogation after getting caught at the hotel. Shaun and his wife came when he was released. 
Madison - Lived - After surviving the fire, she went to the warehouse, and fought Shelby. She killed him, saved Shaun (it took CPR), and went on to publish her book. 
Jayden - Lived - After accusing Blake of his involvement as the Origami Killer, he was taken off the case. Later he retired from the FBI. 
Shelby - Lived - In the final scene he fought Madison at the warehouse. In the end, they were at the top of the crane with Shelby hanging on for his life. Madison had no remorse and let him fall to his death. 
Lauren - Lived - Spit on Shelby's grave when she found out the truth... I am guessing she will have major trust issues for the rest of her life. 
Shaun - Saved by Madison and lived to see his dad once more, asking him to "Please, never leave me again." 
Little finger - Died - Cut it off with the knife. Screamed out in pain for a few minutes, then I cauterized it with the hot iron. 
Convenience store man - Lived - Knocked the robber out and the man handed over the box. 
Suicidal woman - Lived - Patched up her wounds and saved her life 
Religious Nut - Died - He was getting dangerous, so Jayden killed him. 
Drug Dealer - Died - He shot first, Ethan shot last... Only one shot found its target.

Ethan - Alive, Living with Madison
Madison -  Alive, Living with Ethan
Jayden - Died of an ARI overdose while I was playing with the clues trying to be able to accuse anyone other than Blake
Shelby - Dead, Shot to death by Ethan
Lauren - Alive, spits on grave

Little Finger - Dead, cut off by axe and burned with hot iron 
 
All the minor characters were alive in the end also.

Could you have it that everyone survives? I mean the main four. If shelby doesn't save lauren, then she won't shoot him...

mine all survived but how the hell did your shelby get shot by lauren lol?  Im guessing I missed something there but lauren didnt survive in my game which i was kinda frustated about cause i really did try but it must have been after that part i guess :(

I think I probably took way too much tripto, haha. I should have been a little more resistance to giving into to his addiction.
 
I was not certain, if like heroin, he would die from withdraw so I just gave in.

Everyone but Shelby is still breathing for me.

Let me make this simple but first, it's not sarcasm, compliment or even insulting unless you perceive it so. My point is, you wrote the spoilers in the topic; "who survive/died in your game".
What the topic implies to me is that your asking people the conclusion of how their endgame turned out and also revealing that players, presumably all of them can simply die off. This wasn't mentioned in the summary but perhaps subtly hinted or logically assumed, given that they mentioned "actions have consequences" or in their words.. players are able to make choices.
 
To me, it's no different than writing a topic in the Mario forums like this: "Luigi died, you think he should/shoudn't have? (spoilers).

I had everybody alive until the end, then Shelby died in the fight with Jayden. I didn't think that having Jayden figure out who the killer really was would end up in a "someone is GOING to die here" situation. Kind of bummed me out. Oh well.
